He hopes to get a better understanding regarding what others are doing in the Straw bale house building community.

The project will start to move forward once more with the help of Trevor Stine whom has joined the project to assit me with my vision.

Trevor has just completed his Master Degree form SDSU in I believe Latin American Studies (sorry was not sure), he has done many different projects in Mexico and spent quite a bit of time in central America traveling.

I met Trevor about 1.5 years ago and told him about my adventure regarding the Casa De Paja project and he said once he finished his master degree he would like to get involved.

October 2008 I went back to Tamazulapam to work on another house and move the project forward.

I had a safe trip, but found that the amount of time needed to move this forward at this physical distance is greater then I had hoped.

I will provide a more detailed description regarding my trip.

I will be looking at finding a location close to  boarder to work out benifts of using this green technique to  build homes and develop our strategy moving forward.

Plans:

• 2 trips to Tamazulapam, First in March and the second during the Fall.
• Build a second Prototype in Tamazulapam proper.
• Build in the local San Diego area as a fund raising learning event, Tecate Area allows for easy boarder crossing

Goals:

2008 is here and it is going to be a great year!

Last year we did many things to advance the mission and I found some grass roots supporter too. 

Life can be the best or worst thing that happens to an individual.  Why is Life like this?  Why do we not all enjoy the same level of life?  Lack of equality, lack of eduction, ancient belief systems and the absence of a purposeful Vision.

My retirement account manager Mike Sheridan, whom once was my neighbor had an appreciation brunch for his San Diego Clients.  Mike unfortunately was unable to make it due to a health issue.  Mike's friend Jay filled in as the MC and the show went on.  I talked for about 2 minutes on my adventures regarding Casa De Paja Foundation.  I created a quick flyer and print up 10 and they were all gone at the end of the meeting.

I had a great weekend, I hope you did also.

I did not play with my computer much, so I did nothing in my mind. :-)

I was setting up my new HDTV on Thanksgiving and I got a phone call from Austin, Texas area, since my company CSIdentity Corporation is located there I thought it was an employee calling.  The surprise was it was not an employee calling me with an issue, but a total stranger that had stumbled across my project.

David the person whom called me made my day!

We were temporarialy offline.  I was using a service instead of setting up and maintaining my own on my own servers.  I guess I did not pay for last month, never got the bill.  Well here I do not need to worry about that.  I will be rebuilding the content, not that I had much, but I did have some.
